Woman, 2 officers injured after driver runs red light at Locust and Holton

MILWAUKEE, WI – Two police officers and a woman were hospitalized after a driver reportedly ran a red light and crashed into a patrol vehicle in the Riverwest area on Monday afternoon.

TMJ4 News reports that the crash happened near the intersection of N Holton Street and E Locust Street at about 1 p.m., when a 33-year-old driver allegedly ran a red light. Her vehicle then crashed into a Milwaukee Police Department patrol vehicle.

The driver and two police officers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.
