Narrative
POLK CO., WI – A 70-year-old Minnesota man sustained fatal injuries earlier this month in a two-vehicle collision in northeast Polk County.
The accident happened at the intersection of County Highway I, or 100th Street, at 90th Street near the city of Frederic, which is about two hours northeast of Minneapolis.
Police say that a truck hauling a trailer overturned while navigating a curve on County Highway I. The trailer entered the opposite side of the roadway, impacting with an oncoming motorcyclist.
The biker, identified as Rodney Bodell, died at the scene.
No other injuries were reported in connection to the crash.
