Narrative
MILWAUKEE, WI – 16-year-old boy lost his life following a collision between his moped and a vehicle near the intersection of 26th Street and Greenfield Avenue on Monday.
The crash occurred around 10 a.m. when the vehicle attempted to make a turn but veered into the path of the moped, resulting in a collision.
The Moped rider, 16, was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with police. It is unclear if they will face any charges at this time.
