MILWAUKEE, WI – A teen was killed Thursday afternoon following a multi-vehicle crash in NW Milwaukee.
Police say two vehicles collided at the intersection of 76th Street and Denver Avenue at about 1:45 p.m. The impact caused one of the vehicles involved to jump the curb and hit the 13-year-old cyclist who was riding nearby.
The teen pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the victim, a 22-year-old man, was taken to an area hospital with unspecified injuries.
