Narrative
JACKSON CO., WI – A 30-year-old Montana man sustained fatal injuries in a Labor Day collision along the interstate in south-central Jackson County.
The two-vehicle crash occurred along the westbound side of I-94 near mile marker 123, which is near Sheppard and approximately two hours northwest of Madison.
Police say the victim was intoxicated when his vehicle impacted with another vehicle, causing both cars to leave the roadway. The Montana man’s vehicle overturned, and he died at the scene.
Authorities identified the unrestrained victim as Cullen James Sehulster of Butte.
Medics transported the other driver to an area hospital with non-critical injuries.
