Hit-and-run crash in Milwaukee kills 48-year-old pedestrian

MILWAUKEE, WI – A hit-and-run crash claimed the life of a 48-year-old pedestrian in the Sherman Park neighborhood Monday night.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel said the collision happened in the 2800 block of North 35th Street. It is unclear how the crash occurred, but a dark SUV hit a pedestrian and fled the scene.

Police have not released the pedestrian’s name and did not describe the hit-and-run driver and their vehicle. The time of the crash was not reported.
